"We rented the penthouse apartment for 2 weeks and it was phenomenal. The design and spaciousness are unmatched here in CV. We opted for the conceriger pacckage with home cooked breakfasts and on call services and the staff took excellent care of us. They are outstanding people and so very kind. "We had to return to this wonderful hotel for its 5-star tranquility. A home from home, smiling and approachable staff, and an environment you can truly relax in. The manager Ana was a delight to talk with, and it shows the culture of the place. I’m sure other hotels in Cidade Praia are good, but this place is special. Low-key luxury."

"This is a beautiful well maintained place to stay . We loved the comfy bed and great pillows too . There was no fridge in our room but right outside is a well stocked fridge of drinks available for purchase on honour system . We were on the top floor which had a spacious terrace with view. Pool was warm and clean . Breakfast was full of fresh local fruits , preserves , cheeses and eggs to order. Loved the coffee and fresh rolls too . But the staff are the standouts of this place . Thanks for your great service and kindness . You speaking English was a bonus . Abrigado"

"The room was very large and faced the street. It was very clean and had everything I could want. Staff was nice about my checking in at 2 am. They also were gracious about letting me store my bags. The breakfast, which is included and just across the street, was very tasty and provided good people-watching opportunities. The hotel is near many of the museums and sites that I wanted to see. I went back to the neighborhood restaurant for dinner so that I didn’t have to go far at night. The dinner was quite good as well."
