PENTHOUSE DUPLEX LOS GIGANTES

Two story penthouse duplex is located in Los Gigantes, on Tenerife's western coast where sheer, rocky cliffs rise majestically above the Atlantic Ocean, indeed one of Tenerife's most spectacular landscapes! The apartment is homely, very well decorated and equipped. It is situated in a family-friendly neighbourhood in quiet residential complex Avenida. It has 123 m3 of living area, two bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms (shower cabin and bath), independent kitchen, salon, balcony and a big terrace with breath-taking views over Los Gigantes cliffs and ocean. The accommodation is very bright, well equipped and decorated. It has a barbecue, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, 1 TV, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.

Communal swimming pool and private garage space are available for our clients.

The property is located 550 m supermarket Dino, 750 m from Oasis Park water park, 800 m from Lidl supermarket, 900 m from Los Gigantes city centre, 950 m from Playa de los Guios sand beach, 1 km from the bus station, 2 km from Playa de la Arena volcanic sand beach, 12 km from Abama Golf course, 23 km from Golf Costa Adeje golf course, 27 km from Siam Park water park, 31 km from Teide National Park, 41 km from Tenerife south airport, 104 km from Tenerife north airport.

Lovely apartment.

Good location. Lovely view from the balcony. Had a welcome pack with toiletries etc and a bottle of wine/water. Photos an accurate representation of apartment.

My first ever negative review

I have stayed in Los Gigantes in apartments many times over 10 years and never written a negative review on any of them. There may have been some issues, but helpful owners/ agents always sorted them. This Apartment looks great in the photos and should be an excellent venue. It is let down by the following: 1. It is tired and neglected and the owner has not invested in it. The most obvious example is the patio furniture which even the agent apologised for and said ‘they had asked the owner to replace it’. The photos attached show the state of the chairs. Also, one of the toilets stopped flushing and needed repairing. 2. There is no thought for the needs of the holiday renter. Unlike many apartments, there is no small pack of basics on arrival.( we were actually kept waiting half an hour after the 3pm stated tIme so the cleaners could finish, not a good start). There are no tea towels, washing up liquid, dish cloths, floor cleaner and all the everyday consumables you need in the kitchen. 3. I had requested when booking for an extra sun lounger, as I’d seen in the photos only one. This had not been acted on and when I made a fuss the agent/ owner came back with a very defensive and negative response. In a word “ This is what you hired, take it or leave it”. I was offered a refund less two days hire if I didn’t like it. For these reasons this large and potentially very nice apartment is not one I would recommend.

Super vue sur la mer et les falaises de Los Gigantes

Conforme aux photos. Très bon point de départ pour visiter El Teide ou aller à Puerto de la Cruz, ou descendre vers le sud. Un peu loin du nord de l’île. Climat super dans cet endroit, petit déjeuner sur la terrasse tous les matins (fin décembre, c’est top).
