Had a really enjoyable stay. Very clean and comfortable room. Great, quiet location. My only critique is the staff can be more friendlier. The gentleman that checked me in and out, could polish his customer service skills.

Very comfortable small room. It was extremely convenient for me since I was going to an event in the area. Lower price than most comparable hotel on that side of town. Only not so good, the bathroom is tiny, although clean .

Wonderful Staff and location, however during the summer dont book the penthouse , the AC is not strong enough and it is controlled by the front desk . Good value for your money

The room was comfortable, the bathroom a bit tight but well distributed, the location is great and the bar at the first floor was nice. Please check the elevators, they had several problems during the week I stayed there.

Everything was incredible from the moment I arrived. Patricia made me feel immediately at home. The hotel room was clean and the bar in the lobby had phenomenal service and drinks. This was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had! I only wish i could have stayed longer. 10/10 :)

Area hotel was located in was very safe and walkable, breakfast was decent, staff were friendly especially breakfast staff. Thanks to all of them from the Scottish couple! Felt the room was a bit small but very ell decorted. A plug in the sink and a magnifying mirror in the bathroom would be good. Air conditioner was quite noisy. I was disappointed I had to pay for coffee that I had in the room, I would have thought that would be free...

Good value

This hotel is truly worth the value for money, in general, the front desk personnel is friendly and welcoming with a few exceptions. Gold membership is sometimes acknowledge sometimes it is not. In general, this is a wonderful hotel with excellent services and location. I recommended.
