The hotel is just 20 - 30 minutes ride from Santiago Airport. It is located close to Bella Vista shopping mall where many restaurants, souvenir shops, and tourist information centre are available. It is just 10 minutes walk to the Funicular entrance, can go to the Cerro Santa Lucia easily to have a whole view of Santiago city.

This place is an excellent value. Judge it fairly considering its low price. It is well located within walking distance to many historical locations. Rooms are small but clean. They are sufficient for a traveler on a budget. Breakfast is included. The property is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly but speak only Spanish. While I was there in late December, 2019, there was a lot of civil unrest. 2 nights it was within a few blocks of the hotel. I never felt in any danger, but I never stayed out late. Would I stay there again? Yes. It is clean, friendly, well located, and economical.

Good Hotel in Santiago
The hotel is located in a quiet area of the city but within a walking distance to the center. It offers a breakfast. The personnel is friendly an helpful. It is close to Patio Bellavista with plenty of restaurants

El sitio es particular, es un hotel boutique nque con poco de esfuerzo ( regar las matas, pintura etc) daría un gran salto. Es un hotel muy buena relación precio y con pasarela bella vista cerca.

Grata estadía en una zona tranquila y cercana a todos los puntos de interés de Providencia y Bellavista. Desayuno generoso, limpieza y atención esmeradas. Solamente deben aceitar las bisagras de las puertas del baño y habitaciones para evitar chirridos ruidosos. Aunque la zona es muy tranquila, la cercanía al Hospital Santa María no permite que uno abra sus ventanas de par en par ya qué hay personal de seguridad y obreros trabajando en las esquinas.

Santiago é uma cidade grande, então escolhemos o hotel por dois motivos principais: proximidade de pontos de interesse e café da manhã. O hotel fica próximo tanto do famoso Pátio Bellavista, que é ótimo para refeições e também do Lastarria, onde ficam alguns charmosos restaurantes. Atrás do hotel, a pouca distância, está a La Chascona, uma das casas de Pablo Neruda e também a estação de funicular do Cerro San Cristobal. O hotel em si é bastante simples. Serve café da manhã bem básico, com pães e frios, iogurte e alguns outras pequenas opções. Fazem na hora ovos mexidos e servem frutas frescas diretamente na mesa. Fomos bem atendidos e o quarto é bem limpo. Banheiro um pouco pequeno, mas como é um hotel adaptado em uma casa, faz sentido. A água do chuveiro é bem farta e quente - o que é ótimo, uma vez que Santiago é uma cidade fria no inverno. O aquecedor funciona muitíssimo bem também.

primeiro é importante ressaltar que temos uma pousada não um hotel. se vc quer uma boa cama e limpeza, ficará satisfeito. Mas se quer algum conforto e serviços de hotel não vá. No "hotel" não é oferecido nenhum serviço de quarto, nem mesmo gelo tem para oferecer, o que é um absurdo. Café da manhã bonzinho, mas extremamente repetitivo. Enfim, pelo valor, vc encontra opções melhores em Santiago.

é importante destacar que trata-se de uma pousada, com limpeza, e Boa cama, MAS APENAS ISSO. Não pode ser considerado hotel, pois não oferece qualquer serviço adicional, não tendo nenhuma estrutura de oferecer uma refeição ou algo deste tipo. Se vc quer apenas uma boa cama e quarto limpo, ficará satisfeito? são as únicas coisas oferecidas. se vc quer conforto e serviços adicionais não venha. Box do banheiro bem apertado e muito escorregadio. pessoal do atendimento educado, mas sem simpatia nem amabilidade alguma. Café da manhã extremamente repetitivo, apesar de gostoso. Enfim, acho que pode se conseguir algo melhor pelo preço praticado.

Horrible place! Trust me!
Noise from staff watching tv and laughing loud all night. When people rang the bell to check in you hear everything too. Shower overflow and was not fixed. Terrible I wouldn't come back even if my life depended on it.

This is an update to my previous review. I stayed at this charming hotel in October 2016. I was very pleased with the hotel until I thought money was stolen from my hotel room. Two months later I found the money. I immediately contacted Expedia to find out how I could correct my review of the hotel. Unfortunately, I was informed that there was no way to remove it or update it. I finally found out that I could post another review. I send my deepest apologies to the hotel owner and the staff. I sincerely hope that my previous review hasn't negatively impacted the hotel in any way. The staff were quite helpful and kind. The room was small but adequate for my needs. The hotel is in a pleasant neighborhood and conveniently located near the metro. It's a great place to stay!

Unacceptable because inaccessible
I was unable to stay there because they only had second floor rooms available up a steep winding staircase and no elevator. They were unable to find me an alternative and only agreed to let Expedia refund part of what we paid so I lost out completely. Expedia should demand to know whether hotels are accessible or not and post that.

Hotel confortável, limpo e muito bem localizado. O café da manhã se repetia todos os dias, era simples mas era bem gostoso. Gostei bastante. Como ponto negativo, só apontaria a calefação, pois embora o ar estivesse ligado no modo "aquecer", não funcionava bem para este fim. O quarto continuava gelado! Sobre o resto, tudo muito bom!

Nice hotel, but it can be improved.
The hotel is good and the reception is 24/7, so it's a plus if you need to check in late at night. We stayed in a room with 2 bedrooms, and the space was quite ok. Nice beds and pillows. Breakfast was simple, but enough. One of the guys that were replacing the food seemed not to care we didn't speak fluent spanish, and asked SO FAST if we wanted something else from the kitchen, that we didn't understand a word and only asked for juice. Only after that we found out there were scrumbled eggs and croissants available, but we missed it. Another hotel flaw was that my wife left a jacket in our room but the hotel said nothing was found. So I think a few cameras would be a good idea.
