The staff did their best to help the guests and keep the hotel clean. It is a small hotel but the rooms were a good size. The entrance seems tight but they make it work.

Great staff who spoke English well. Good wifi, hot water in the shower, comfy bed, good breakfast brought to your room. They also arranged a taxi for us to leave at 3am which was really helpful. Great area, lots within walking distance. Would definitely recommend!

Breakfast was good. Mainly breads, ham cheese and fruits. The coffee was good but only one cup each was provided, being a morning coffee person 1 is insufficient. Over all the breakfat was good though. The thing we liked was the location location location. Its walking distance to pretty much all of the attractions. The neighbourhood seemed ok during the day. We didnt go out at night but there was some rowdy people on the street out front of the pretty much evey night after we went to bed. Overall we liked the place and would recommend it.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I had a weird arrival time due to my flight being a red eye, but they were responsive with communications and I checked in with no issue. The location is VERY convenient. Close to plaza de Armas, shopping, many dining options, and only two blocks from the Santa Lucia station. Only 15 minutes walk to Cerro San Cristobal. The biggest bonus was Cerro Santa Lucia was right next to it. It was only about 18 minutes on Uber from the airport. The room was clean, and it was nice to have a fridge. Bathroom looked new. Modern. The only disappointment was, the day I asked them to service my room, it wasn’t. Also the shower temperature was unstable, but it was not a huge issue. Otherwise they were accommodating and helpful, and I recommend this place for travelers. Great value. I am a female solo traveler but I never felt unsafe in the area.

Bad bad on every single aspect of the way. Too much to number. Unfortunately, when I booked for the second time it was before knowing the hotel conditions, lack of professionalism and disrespect. Like not knowing when the only elevator would be repaired. The lack of knowledge from the PM crew. The lack of communication between staff AM and PM staff. The AM crew was much better than the PM crew. Specially, when I asked for body soap which the bathroom doesn’t provide. The administrator, I think his name is Claudio, told me it was the way it was because of the “owners”. He also questioned me about the administration in hotels in one of my countries, I have double nationality, I answered him that maybe in some are even worse. His treatment was very disrespectful. Frank was the one who helped me and by his own initiative he brought me soap. The last night of my stay I was awaken at 1 am because Valentina forgot the time I requested a taxi to the airport .
