The hotel is in a great location, the bed is comfy, the WiFi works, there was plenty of hot water in the shower, and the breakfast was decent, check-in was easy. And they held my bags for me after checkout so I could go explore before my flight in the evening.

If you are coming to Santiago you need to stay here. The staff is excellent, rooms are clean and nice. Housekeeping staff is wonderful, the included breakfast was great. The hotel was very close to a metro stop and other local attractions

We stayed during 3 days without hot water due to a problem in their plumbing as per what they’ve informed . I am still waiting for a refund in order to compensate the discomfort of this situation. Hope they will do what they’ve promised. Best

I had a terrible experience with this hotel. We had to wait for more than 3 hours before we could check-in because the check-in time is only at 3pm. The staff didn't seem to care. Usually, hotels try to help with early check-ins and clean the room if necessary, but this was not the case. I cannot recommend this hotel.

A experiência como um todo foi muito boa, quarto limpo, funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. O café da manhã apesar de repetitivo tbm é de ótima qualidade. Serviço de quarto muito bom, e quando precisamos sair mais cedo para os passeios eles preparam um café da manhã com antecedência, desde que avisado na recepção. A localização é maravilhosa, perto de tudo. Voltaria com certeza!
