Nice room. With mini kitchen. Breakfast was basic but good. Rooms facing the front get noise from the three elevators going up and down all night. Need ear plugs.

Was very handy to transport options. Airport bus no longer stops at Los Heroes it seems which was my main reason for choosing this Hotel but the Republica stop was only 10 minutes walk away so worked out ok. My room was very quiet which is a bonus on this trip. Breakfast was ok, had better had worse.

Nice and cost effective hotel

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Also the room is very spacious. Free breakfast was also good. Breads, scrambled eggs, orange juice and fruits were enought to start an energetic day.

Good but……

Hotel is in good location everything is on walking distance, staff are great and very friendly, couple of complaints first one breakfast is the same every day and the shower is too small.

Hotel location is good, staff very nice and willing to help. Breakfast quite balance. Room clean and comfortable. The only negative observation is the bath top, extremely small and dangerous, it is slippery and high too reach.

Central location. Great view. Very nice accommodations. Would stay again. NOTE: the entrance is confusing to get to, especially after hours, since you need to access the plaza via the walkway at the parking garage entrance in the side street (in a dodgy area). Access from near the metro station is the usual way but this gets gated off at night.

Good location, mediocre hotel.

The hotel is in a good location if you can find it. It was definitely hard to find in the dark the forst time we arrived, but it is close to the sites. The wifi was awful. About 80% of the time, the wifi connection wasnt even giving us a signal. The breakfast was below average with just a boxed lunch.

Great location and good value for the room!

It was better than expected! The room was more like a studio apartment with a separate bedroom and living area, whic consisted of a couch, sink, 2 burner stove, oven, microwave, small refrigerator, and dishes silverware and pots and pans. We had a corner room on the 22nd floor with a spectacular view of the city. Breakfast was quite adequate, cosisting of cereal, fruit, yogurt, various cheeses and coldcuts, scrambled eggs, and bread and rolls with a toaster. The only real complaint we had was the shower, which was in a small bathtub with a high side to climb in and out of, and the tub was very slippery.

Ótimo hotel

Gostamos muito do hotel e do quarto que continha toda a infraestrutura para podermos preparar algo para comer nos dois dias de feriado nacional. Tem supermercado, farmácia, metrô muito próximos do hotel. Voltaríamos outras vezes. Único ponto a ser melhorado foi que por duas vezes foi disponibilizada apenas uma toalha de banho enquanto estávamos em casal.

Muito bom o lugar

Tudo foi bom, mas sofri por que cheguei na madrugada, tinha duas entradas e ninguém nos orientou aonde entrar e o taxista n sabia e ficamos rodando meia hora de carro, precisam ajustar as entradas do hotel já que são duas. Sofri demais pra chegar madrugada lá.

Excelente Experiência em Santiago

O hotel é bem localizado e por ficar em um condomínio fechado, no centro, tem maior seguranca. Muito próximo da estacao de metrô. Os quartos sao excelentes, com uma estrutura de cozinha básica com micro-ondas, forno elétrico e duas bocas de fogão elétrico. Tem também pratos talheres e algumas panelas. Muito proximo de um supermercado, padaria e farmácia. Praticamente do lado Palácio Lamoneda. Os funcionários são excelentes e muito atenciosos. Quando retornar ao Santiago, nao tenho dúvidas que ficari hospedado novamente no hote.

Tudo foi excelente , quarto bastante confortável, cama grande , frigobar no quarto e outras comodidades pra quem quer preparar comida . A única coisa que não gostei foram as toalhas pq tinham aspecto de sujas, mal lavadas , não eram mais brancas. O banheiro tb é muito bom.
