Overall I got impressed with the place it was way beyond what I was imagined. It was my husband first time in chile and having this place so nice and clean with amazing areas makes our trip memorable! So thank you for such a nice facility we will definitely stay back there again! 10/5 stars

The property had just opened and everything was brand new. The room was very spacious and the staff was super helpful. However, we requested repeatedly that they clean the balcony and that they take away the trash (which they haven’t for 2 days) and they were not able to do this. The sofa bed is not very comfortable and is like a thin mattress on the floor.

Our stay at Spot Suites was absolutely fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Santiago. We arrived after a long flight, checking in well after midnight, and the process was an absolute breeze. A special shout out to Fernando and Ernand for their help! The hotel is incredibly modern and chic, and we loved the convenience of 24-hour digital access. The location in Las Condes is perfect—very safe and upscale, with an amazing selection of restaurants, shopping malls, and convenience stores all just a short walk away. Our apartment was spotlessly clean and so comfortable. After a week of exploring the city, it truly began to feel like our own home, which is exactly what you want from a longer stay. To be fully transparent, there were just a couple of minor things to note: the laundry machines didn't accept our international card, but the operator was so kind and graciously gave us a free wash and dry! Also, be sure to bring your own washcloths or loofahs, as only bath towels are provided. The kitchen was great, but could have used one dishcloth. These were very small points in what was otherwise a flawless experience. All in all, Spot Suites provided incredible value and comfort. We had a very positive experience and I will definitely be recommending it to all my friends!

Nice hotel! Arrived a day later and room was canceled. Expedia did not contact the hotel to tell them that my flight has been canceled to next day. Fortunately, the hotel re booked my stay and gave a room. Miscommunication between all parties but with a nice happy ending.

The place is very good, breakfastis a bit sloppy ( speciallly the eggs), Coffe advertised as Britt, was not because of the taste. People are very friendly but check in is very slow.

It was nice. Well maintained. However, they lost a start because Sunday no one came to exrcute room service and i had to initiate same to no avail. The Monday morning this was then available despite me requesring. Also, they have an issue with using Debit cards not fully stated on their website; hence charging more with the use of Visa depit cards.

Dystopian nightmare. Ridiculous levels of technology required to enter. Two locked doors and a receptionist to get in. Facial recognition demanded but not necessary. To use the hotel an app needs to be downloaded, but you need a cellphone and WhatsApp to get it. The laundry is falsely advertised. There is no washing machine in the room, and laundry is not included. It also needs an app downloaded, but doesn't work. The hotel doesn't have coins, so I had to go out to different restaurants trying to get change to due laundry. There is no phone, so anytime I needed something, I needed to go to reception. The breakfast was bad. Runny eggs and dirty tables not cleared. All this technology did nothing to improve anything. It only wasted a ton of my time. I will never stay here again. And the room was noisy from the street, even on the ninth floor.

Si, lascinstalaciones excelentes y el personal de recepción excelente. Hay economías absurdas en los artículos de baño, faciles de mejorar. El personal de limpieza de la habitación no es el mejor. Olvidan reponer productos. Nada que no pueda solucionarse. Estimo que la gerencia es quien tiene que intervenir más supervisando.
