The project by Pastor & Jarpa, selected for the Architecture Biennial, preserves the building’s original character while creating a contemporary, functional, and peaceful retreat ✨.

Apartment 13 is a bright and versatile studio with a large window, a desk, and a movable partition that separates the sleeping area from the living room and kitchen. It features a queen-size bed, a sofa bed, sleeping arrangements for 3 people, and a full bathroom. A balanced combination of light, privacy, and functionality for relaxing or working.
