「Our hosts, Maria Eugenia and Jose, were amazing! Kind, informative, generous, helpful, I can't say enough about them. We stayed for four days, two couples in the larger home. It was spacious, each couple with their own bathroom. We ate most of our meals at home. Our comadre caught a cold right upon arrival. She had a comfortable place to read, rest and recover, while we enjoyed the pool and had such a wonderful outing in the boat on the Douro river. This was definitely a once in a life time...

「The location of this villa is ideal if you want to separate yourselves from crowds and drink in nature and peaceful views. An absolutely perfect setting to gather with friends or family and enjoy leisurely meals while overlooking a beautiful valley. I highly recommend this place and the host. 「The check-in process was smooth and great. João was really helpful and available to give us all needed information for our stay. 「Victor welcomed us into his home and took us on a tour so we could familiarize ourselves. He also sent a document with a quick overview and important notes about the property and surrounding area. The house was great! Our group of 7 fit easily, with plenty of communal spaces. The property itself was also amazing. We were able to go on walks around the area and come back to sit and relax with a coffee or nectarine from the trees outside. Overall, great experience!」
