This was our second time staying here, the hotel is nice, the rooms are spacious with great views (from the upper floors). The only gripe is when showering there is no drainage and water collects around the upper "shelving" surrounding the tub.

Good location with parking, lots of food options around and public transport nearby. Room could use a little update, but was spacious and clean and everything worked. Gostei muito do Hotel, quarto triplo grande, com vários ambientes, inclusive cozinha! Café da manhã com opções salgadas, doces e frutas. Equipe da recepção muito prestativa. Área de lazer muito bonita, embora não tenha usado, devido ter me hospedado em dias frios. Banheiro com banheira e ótima ducha. A única coisa que poderiam melhorar é a qualidade dos travesseiros. Não achei confortáveis! No mais, nota 10 para o Hotel. Com certeza, recomendo!

Muito barulho de obras e quarto sem banheira

A estádia foi muito boa, porém o barulho de obras foi um ponto chato que aconteceu. O barulho de britadeira e martelo eram insuportáveis pela manhã. Atrapalhou o sono. Outro ponto foi que na reserva, reservamos um quarto com banheira, e no momento da hospedagem nos colocaram em um quarto sem banheira.

Limpeza dos apartamentos

Gostamos bastante das acomodações, do café da manhã, porém, o banheiro é extremamente nojento (anexei as fotos do chão ), a roupa de cama de solteiro estava suja de gordura (anexei foto). E a hora que entramos no apartamento tivemos que abrir todas as janelas e sair e voltar mais tarde, pois, estava com um cheiro horrível de perfume de velho ou de lugar sujo, velho. O hotel em si é ótimo, a localização é excelente, mas poderiam melhor na limpeza e higiene dos apartamentos. E o box do banheiro parece que nunca foi limpo, ele é extremamente engordurado.

Inegociável alimentos frescos para uso

Tive alguns constrangimentos quanto ao café da manhã, um dos dias o presunto estava babando e com a coloração estranha por estar perdido, outro dia foi o blaquet de frango com o cheiro super desagradável, e também o queijo fresco de cor esverdeada, melancia podre, precisam de um controle de qualidade com urgência, comida estragada pode ser letal. A limpeza do quarto no final de semana não reporam o shampoo e nem trocaram as toalhas. Recepção e educação dos funcionários impecável, como também a área externa e a academia acima da média dos demais hotéis.

Limpeza, gentileza dos atendentes, muito bom… localização, interessante para nosso tipo de viagem… estrutura, quarto feio, antigo e com gambiarras nos acabamentos. Excelente custo-benefício

Já estive neste flat antes.. é o melhor custo benefício, pois alinha espaço, localização (perto da estação Santana do metrô) e boa estrutura ao redor. Tive um problema com o ar condicionado, mas providenciaram uma mudança de quarto rapidamente. Atendimento atencioso na recepção, bom café da manhã. A lojinha de conveniência ao lado da recepção ajuda bastante! Voltarei com certeza quando estiver em SP.
