Apartamento lindo. Porém não fornecem roupa de cama e nem toalhas. Normalmente as casas q eu alugo sempre tem roupa de cama e toalhas da casa mesmo, nunca precisei levar. Facilita muito ter essas coisas, principalmente para quem vem do exterior

Tivemos uma ótima estadia neste imóvel e condomínio, o apto tem ótima localização e esta muito bem equipado, 2 tvs, possui Cafeteira da Nespresso, torradeira, fogão, maquina de lava-seca roupas, lava-louças e ar condicionado em todas as suítes, inclusive na sala, grande conforto dos colchões (todos novos)... o condomínio é esplêndido, toda infra estrutura com piscina, sauna, serviço de praia, possui deck frente ao mar com sanitários, brinquedoteca e playground... recomendo para toda familia que tiver indo com crianas pequenas, vão adorar e retornar como nós. Não tive uma boa impressão do imóvel

Geladeira não funcionava quando chegamos. Só foi solucionado o problema no dia seguinte Ventilador de teto da área de churrasqueira não funcionava e foi reparado 4 dias depois. Problemas de vedação na pia caindo água nas panelas do armário,. Mal cheiro no quarto de casal. Num geral , achei o imóvel mal conservado com muita marca de bolor nos banheiros. As fotos do site não condizem com o local.

Férias agradáveis

Estivemos uma semana hospedados neste imóvel. Muito bem localizado, em frente ao badalado restaurante pé na areia Badauê. Condomínio muito bem conservado, apartamento bem equipado e com mobília nova. A Andreia foi muito atenciosa e eficiente durante a negociação. Com certeza voltaremos.

Adorei a estadia com minha familia. A localização frente à praia é muito privilegiada, próximo aos melhores restaurantes. O condominio é familiar e com infra-estrutura completa com atividades para a familia. A casa é ótima, decorada e bem equipada.. O serviço de praia funciona bem, os funcionários são atenciosos e cordiais. Recomendo e voltaremos em outras oportunidades.

Apto pequeno porém, limpo e aconchegante! Praticamente pé na areia, 02 min de caminhada. Ar condicionado em todos os quartos e na sala, essencial no verão. Há serviço de praia, não precisamos se preocupar com cadeiras e guarda-sol. Diversos restaurantes perto do condomínio. Padaria a 10 min caminhando! Negociação realizada tudo por tel/email sem complicações. Proprietário Sílvio super gente boa, sanou todas nossas dúvidas!!!
