“Great location yet quiet as it is well back from the street i side a courtyard. Very nice cottages with kitchenette, loft, dining table and sitting area. The shared patio also has tables for sitting outside. As with much of Alfama be prepared for stairs to get up to the cottages.”

“Oscar was easy to communicate, the place could have used a little more TLC but overall, it was a good experience. Just bear in mind there are lots of stairs,”

“En la llegada, al abrir el cajetín no había llaves. Durante casi 1hora esperamos la respuesta del propietario (era la 1 de la madrugada e íbamos con dos personas mayores...) Su respuesta fue cambiarnos a otro apartamento, en el cual no había ni agua caliente ni plancha y estaba sucio en general. Se lo comunicamos a la mañana siguiente y no respondió hasta por la tarde. Su respuesta, de nuevo, cambiarnos a la tercera planta. Ahí ya estuvimos hasta el final de la estancia, no hubo sorpresas. Se……

“Our apartment was very spacious and stylishly decorated, with direct access to the garden and pool. The fridge was stocked with milk, yoghurt, cheese, ham and jams. Every morning, you received bread and a small pastry. However, it might have been nice to have a bit more variety for breakfast. The location was good for us. It’s out of the very centre of Lisbon, but it is located just 10/15 minutes walk away from the old area of Lisbon.”
