「The condo itself is somewhat dated a little more so than pictured. However, the condo was kept very clean and was exceptionally comfortable. The location was great, easy to get to the beach/pool and close to town. We hope to be back in the future! My only complaint is there was no broom in the condo other than a small hand broom which makes it hard to combat the sand from the beach!」

「Clean condo, nice owner, nice pool and good access to the beach. Would like a better view from the balcony but the condo is a good value. Older building but they maintain it. The elevator wasn't working when we arrived but the owner said he would report it. They worked on it the next day (Sunday) and it was working Monday morning. Good visit.」

「This was a gem for a family in St. Simons! We were able to bike to all the restaurants as well as the lighthouse using the bikes on site. It was an easy drive to the beach and other places as well. Very clean and cozy- I definitely didn’t want to leave 😊」

「The location of the property was definitely the bright spot of the stay. The house is truly within walking distance of everything. The check-in procedure was not quite up to date or accurate, it made entering the property difficult.
