    The main floor features a spacious living room with a gas stone fireplace, complemented by three double French doors that lead to a wrap-around deck. With two levels of decking, you can easily find your favorite spot to relax while listening to the sounds of the Horsepasture River and taking in the beautiful sunsets.



    Enjoy the privacy and feeling of being away from it all, while local attractions are only a short drive away. Just half a mile from the home, Whisper Lake offers a picturesque spot for fishing, swimming, and enjoying beautiful sunsets over the water. Bring your kayak or canoe from home and spend the day enjoying the lake and peaceful mountain surroundings.



    Within a short drive, the vibrant Cashiers area is brimming with shopping and restaurants. There are opportunities for adventure in all directions, including fly fishing, hiking, mountain biking, whitewater rafting, and tubing.



    Whether you're looking to paddle at Fairfield Lake, explore the dramatic overlooks of Whiteside Mountain, or play at Sapphire National Golf Club, there's something for everyone just minutes from your doorstep.



    This home comes with the option to purchase Sapphire Valley Resort amenities. You may join for just $5 per person per day (3-day minimum) and have access to the indoor and outdoor pools, steam room, hot tub, putt-putt golf, arcade, and gym. Tennis and pickleball courts, an executive golf course, Vordach ZipLine, Fairfield Lake boating, and Ski Sapphire are also available at reduced rates.

    THINGS TO KNOW



  • For an additional fee ($5 per person per day or $25 per person per week), you and your guests can access a number of Sapphire Valley Resort amenities, including swimming pools, a hot tub, sauna, gym, tennis and basketball courts, mini-golf, and paddle boating and swimming at Fairfield Lake. All are just a short drive from the home.
  • Whisper Lake is located just half a mile from the home and is a great spot for fishing, swimming, and enjoying the mountain scenery. Guests are welcome to bring their own kayak or canoe from home to enjoy the lake.
  • Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their own accounts.
  • The primary bedroom is on the main level.
  • There are two queen bedrooms upstairs.
  • The bunk room is on the lower level.
  • Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
  • Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
  • All guests must abide by our Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
  • No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
  • All properties come with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes a dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Bathrooms will have two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap.
