「The facility was very clean and the staff was exceptionally helpful. My only complaint was that the hot tub was not warm at all. After a long hike, I really wanted a hot soak.」

「Stayed here for one night after hiking Rainbow Falls and Turtleback Falls trail. Great location close to Cashiers where we saw 4th of July fireworks. Room was comfy and clean! Excellent air conditioning! They cooked made to order eggs and bacon and had assorted muffins, bagels, breads, and fruit. Chatted with the owner Julie at breakfast-super friendly! Don’t hesitate to stay here!」

「Property was clean. It was well stocked. Kitchen was very nice. The bathroom was spacious, clean nicely laid out. Did not like that they charge you or Matthew 20 something dollars a day for men that you have right out of the property whether you use it or not they automatically charge you for every night you stay which is not just justifiable. It is better to charge you if you use the amenity as soon as you go in since you have to drive to the location, they can charge you an interest rate...

「I slept straight through the night, for the first night in a while. The bed was SO perfectly comfy. The room was very clean. We weren’t able to utilize the breakfast because it ended at 9:30- we wished it had been available til 10. We were out super late, so we woke up later than we normally do. The staff was excellent- helpful and attentive. You won’t have a freezer in your mini fridge- just something to note. We’d absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a great experience!」

「TV not user friendly. Toilet sat Exceptionally low down those of us with bad knees, Pillows all had poor neck support.」

「The hotel is in a good area, it's close to bojangles and the famous "Haywood Smokehouse". The owners let us check in early which was a plus! The room is old looking, pillows were flat, there was some repairs. Room was clean. We might stay here again.」

「Very nice folks. I was playing in a 2day golf tournament that took forever to conclude. I asked what it would cost to get a 5pm checkout as my wife and puppy were traveling with me . They said it would be no charge. I’m lifetime Platinum at Marriott and they would never let me check out at 5pm with no charge!」

「The room was clean but you could smell the room before you even opened the door. Wasn't sure if it was cleanser or air freshener or what but it was overwhelming and hard to relax. Also the room was so small you could barely walk around the beds to get to the sink (which was oddly far away from the bathroom) or the bathroom itself. Was not a welcoming environment in the room at all. The river in back was nice but the property itself is right off a main road with railroad tracks you have to cross...
