This was the best hotel experience in our Hokkaido trip! Service was top-notched and the staff was treated you with genuine care, give us home feelings and very patient even if we can’t speak Japanese. Food was freshly and delicious prepared in course for both dinner and breakfast. Private onsen is well-maintained.
Definitely will stay again!

旅館地點非常好，有市景有海，新館的客房有私人溫泉，泉水不間斷的流出真的很奢侈，館內也有陳列很多藝術品，餐點是典型日式料理，女將雖然不會講英文但還是很努力的溝通，很可惜大浴場在維修
唯一的缺點是交通不變，雖然離火車站很近但是用走的有點距離，搭計程車去比較妥當

직원들도 친절하시고 가이세키가 정말 완벽했어요! 아침도 평소엔 밥 아예 안 먹는데 두 공기나 먹을 정도로 맛있는 한상차림 이었습니다. 노천탕 개인탙 할 것 없이 수질관리, 청소 모두 완벽하고 흠 잡을 곳 없었습니다. 본관 2층에서 머물렀는데 전 이용하진 않았지만 엘리베이터도 있습니다. 오타루항이 보이는 온천이 정말 매력적이었어요!!
