Bad Check-in Experience And Slow Message Response
We booked room for months,
We would like confirm the check-in details,
But GLOWL DIDN'T REPLY message in these days.
So we skyped the phone number few days ago before our trip, but there is no any English service for confirming the reservation.
Finally, we received check-in guide UNTIL THE DAY WE CHECK-IN !!!!! IT'S SO RIDICULOUS !!!!
And because of the COMPLICATED check-in process, we spent almost one hour on it.
Luckily, one lodger helped us and finally we can help others coming lodgers.
We had very bad check-in experience in GLOWL,
we just liked abandoned children before we arrived Sapporo!!!

Look New, Clean & comfortable.
Appreciate provide 1 free extra night during earthquake as we can't leave due no traffic.
Their back office need review why provide wrong password to access as it make customer so worry due no staff in the building & no one can help. Even final got correct password but it also not professional.

New serviced apartment
New serviced apartment near sapporo station, the room is decent however strange that no pillow case is provided.
We are a family of 6, with 3 teenagers and 3 audits. We rented 3 bed rooms apartment and lived 2 days. The kids rated high for the location, it is in a less busy street but just 5 mins by walk to Sapporo JR station. Myself rated high for the bedding and cleanness. Even there is no front desk and private parking lot, we received clear instruction and password a week before check-in, all were easy steps. If we have to criticize, then it might be we only have one pillow per head and the pillows were a bit small and flat. Some of us needed two pillows and we didn't know where to ask for, better to have one or two extras to play safe. Another one is the air conditioning is not good enough for a house of 6. However we feel so sweet and intimate that the windows can be opened and mosquito net is installed. It would be highly appreciated if the noise from the transformer / heat sink that outside one of the bedrooms can be lower. It is also nice to have one more wash room cause 6 people for 1 wash room made us a long queue for bathing or in case of emergency use of toilet. So much so it is a budget buy and we appreciated very much for the Aug 2018 living experience.
I deeply appreciated for their service, the environment is clean and tidy, new construction. Lift available as we stayed in 5th floor. Close to Sapporo JR station, just walk 8 mins. Especially for the staff service, they reply my request within 12 hrs through e-mail even no service counter over there. They allow us stay the luggage before check in time. Moreover, they also help us to check our belongings which left in hotel after we left and went to airport immediately. Thank you for their speedy help.

우선 시설의 컨디션은 매우 괜찮았습니다. 하지만 굉장히 한기가 올라왔고 내부에 있는 라디에이터로도 커버가 부족했습니다. 체크인전 짐을 맡기다던지 그런 편의는 부족했습니다 체크인은 딱 3시 1분부터 가능했습니다. 위치는 삿포로역에서 도보 10분거리에 있었으며 카카오 택시를 이용하여 메가 돈키까지 15,000원 정도가 나왔습니다.
