Amazing breakfast buffet…they boast #4 in all of Japan and rightly so! The amenities are on point. Highly recommend the milky lotion. Enjoyed their drinks section in the lobby as well!

Recommended hotel for Sapporo stay

The rooms we got for this trip were spacious and clean. We also loved how the toilet was separate from the bathroom like in most Japanese homes. Further, our bathroom felt like we had our own private onsen. The front desk personnel were also very accommodating to our requests for assistance. Breakfast staff were also very pleasant and polite. Location was also great as it was near Nakajimakoen subway station and there was also an airport liner bus stop right outside. Wonderful stay overall!

朝食の評判が良いというので宿泊した。 9:30までに行かないと朝食会場へ入れず9:45には料理の提供がストップする。その前から補充がなくなり牛乳なども言わないと出してくれなかった。スープカレーもスープはあるけど具材の補充はアスパラのみで他は全然なかった。食べたいなら早く行くべきなのかもしれないが、混雑を分散させたいなら10時まで用意するべきでは。

各項機能完備

飯店有洗衣機，且效率高。早餐很有名不多說。叫值得一提的是，飯店門口旁就有機場接駁巴士停靠站，好像都是早上的班次(末班早上08:15發車)，中午需要去新千歲搭機的旅客可考慮，看起來很早，但如果會在機場購物的人，其實這個時間剛好而已。但如果是以札幌車站周邊為優先考量的旅客，這間可能略遠一點。

Service Needs Improvement

The room was great, breakfast was amazing, the sidewalk outside the hotel was very slippery (icy), overall stay was great except for the interaction with the front desk agent (man with long hair), I did not get a warm welcome, he needs to have a nicer attitude, and he looked bored doing his job.
