"É um lugar que eu não volto.
Fomos acomodados numa suíte onde o ar não gelava. O funcionário foi solícito mas deu a entender que não sabíamos ligar o ar. Então só constatou que o ar estava com defeito após 2 horas.
Nos colocou em outra suíte. Limpa e confortável porém o chuveiro pingava. Muito ruim para tomar banho.
O local não é para descanso, uma vez que o restaurante é muito perto das suítes e nele ocorrem eventos, transmissão de jogos e tem música alta.
Difícil dormir com tanto barulho....

"O quarto apresentado não tinha ar condicionado, reclamei e tive que pagar mais 150,00 para trocar com um com ar, este segundo tinha ar porem a porta de entrada tinha problema, instalações elétricas com problemas, paredes e teto com manchas de umidade e mofo, a tv só sintonizava um canal, tive que permanecer com as roupas dentro das mala porque o local destinado era um buraco escuro com cheiro de mofo, colado na parede na parte externa tinha uma bomba d'água que quando ligava o barulho era...
