「It’s a nice old-school hotel which is centrally located between the train station and the old town so ticked all boxes for us. Room was well appointed and dark when it mattered, bed was comfortable and A/C worked well. Only negative is that the mini bar was filled with items that auto charge to your account once you move them, so you can’t fit much of your own personal items in the fridge.」

「Even a bottle of water has a charge. The toilet was dirty」

「Great (central) location, excellent facilities/amenities and first-class service. We especially commended the hotel staff (front desk, restaurant) for their friendliness and helpfulness which make our stay very pleasant and enjoyable. We highly recommend Phi Hotel Bologna for stay in Bologna.」

「Lovely room in great location Staff were great Nice selection for breakfast」

「nice and cozy hotel situated in the center of old town. 」

「good」

「Zimmer ok.

「Good location and staffs」

「Very good experience. Friendly staff.」

「The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The location was close to the town center and the train station was within walking distance.」

「Very cute apartment. In a great area, staff was helpful with questions we had. The outdoor tub was awesome. The downside was it was very noisy. You could hear everything in the hallways, everything going on in the upper and lower apartments and people talking. Despite this, would most likely stay again as we weren’t able to really use the balcony as the weather wasn’t great, and we were very much looking forward to using the spacious balcony.」
