“Thr location is excellent! Steps from the Latin bridge and Old City. Staff is helpful, prompt at responding to messages, and getting things done (e.g., laundry). Hotel was very clean. “Room service was poor, and the breakfast and coffee were honestly some of the worst I’ve had in Bosnia. The hotel is advertised as “close to the center,” but reaching it requires hiking up a steep mountain, which is not practical for most travelers. On top of that, they charged me 25 EUR for a lost key — nearly the cost of a full night — which is excessive. I wouldn’t stay here again.”
