“Jay Mountain Retreat is a hidden gem. It is a large property surrounded by wilderness offering a relaxing getaway with all the modern amenities. While we were there in winter, for the World Cup at Mt. Van Hoevenberg, it would be fabulous in any season for hiking, fishing or just enjoying nature. “My husband and I stayed in the Balsam Cabin with two of our dogs. We were there on a last vacation with my oldest dog. It was a great place, very dog friendly and easily accessed by my Sr. dog. We took some great pictures out in back of the cabin which I loved. Close to Olympic training center, short drive to Mirror Lake plenty to do around and great places to eat. Cabins were clean and homey. Check in was a breeze. Will definitely stay again”
