Siesta Key Beach Condo ~ Water Views 2/2!

Recently renovated with a fully equipped kitchen, state-of-the-art appliances, beautiful bathrooms, and ceramic tile flooring in the entire home, this Harbor Towers condo will suit your luxury vacation needs. You will enjoy a spacious two-bedroom/two-bathroom, living, dining, and kitchen areas that comfortably sleeps four in a king bed and two full beds. The water-oriented resort has all the amenities. Walk along the Intercoastal, play tennis on the Har-Tru clay courts, and relax by the two heated swimming pools. As our guest, you are offered full amenities.

The layout of the unit affords privacy to the occupants as the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the living area. Each bedroom has its private bath, large closet, and cable TV with a flat-screen and a DVR in the living room. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, a large walk-in closet with a bathroom, and a shower with linen storage. The second bedroom has two full beds and its own private bathroom, closet, and TV. Bedding, linens, and towels are supplied.

The living room is open and bright, extending onto the glass covered lanai. On the lanai you may sit at the bistro table and view the private harbor, watching the boats and wildlife pass.

Harbor Towers is a secure property with programmed key fob entry at the parking gates and exterior building doors with a security guard on duty at night. You also have a reserved parking space. There are multiple fire extinguishers and smoke/heat detectors in the unit as well as marked hallway exit routes in case of emergency.
FUN is Harbor Towers. There are two heated pools on-site. One is larger for adult swimming and stand-in water visiting. The small pool is shallow for youngsters. There is a private Intracoastal island by the Yacht Marina. This includes a gazebo, outdoor seating, 2 barbecues, sea wall fishing, and benches for watching the boat traffic and diving pelicans.

There are 3 Har-Tru tennis courts and seating for observers. The famous soft white sand of Siesta Key Beach is a short walk across the street. Beach towels, a beach umbrella are in the condo closet and provided for your use. The beach has restroom facilities, kid playground equipment, volleyball courts, drinks and sand rentals if wanted. Each Sunday night, on the public beach, at 6 pm there is a traditional "Drum Ceremony" until sunset. This is "anyone can join in" fun and "people watching" dancing time.

There is a large community party room with free Wi-Fi, a large screen TV, 4 outdoor barbecue grills, covered outdoor patio seating, indoor seating, an ice machine, and a wet bar.
Finally, there is a fitness center with his and her sauna rooms. The condo service staff is friendly and accessible. Restaurants are a short walk up or down the street. Courtesy taxi golf carts are a readily available option if having someone drive you to Siesta Village is your preference.
