If you want to enjoy a peaceful, clean, friendly staffed coastal stay in Florida then this lovely place is it! Room was clean and comfortable with a large double sink bathroom. Our room #103 was perfect on the second floor, nothing like opening your door and seeing beautiful white sand and beautiful ocean. It was truly a wonderful experience and getaway! Parking was easy and I highly recommend this quaint resort! Can’t wait to return soon!

Property was in a good location literally 20 steps from the beach. Plenty of towels and beds were comfy WiFi wasn’t great and no in room safe but otherwise a fantastic place and we will be back again

They should let you know there are two buildings for Seabreeze. I found the sign in front of one but could not locate our room. I had to called them back and she told me go next door. Would have been useful info. Also some type of shelf in the shower for razor, bottles, etc., would have been helpful as there was nothing. Also there was an espresso machine but no regular coffee. All-in-all, it was nice and right on the beach. Service was excellent otherwise.

Our 29th wedding anniversary was welcomed to dried urine on the toilet bowl from the guest before us. Room was dirty especially the bathroom, grounds were dirty, weeds around the parking lot, dead shrubs, concrete paves thrown about the sand to trip over and smash your feet, inadequate amount of beach umbrellas to chairs, garbage on the beach that was passed up by hotel staff over multiple work shifts. Room air conditioner made loud noises throughout the day/night. Waist of money period.

Great view from the beach the best part! Room lacks some amenities like a microwave or water outside to wash your feet from the beach and some more chairs/ beach supplies would be nice. Fantastic view and comfortable bed!
