This sublime oceanfront studio is directly on the pristine white sands and serene blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico in exclusive Longboat Key, Florida! Located on the second floor, directly overlooking the heated pool and ocean, this dreamy studio condo is optimal for sunset viewing from a private lanai. Take a 30-second walk to the pool and onward to the secluded beach with loungers. Enjoy a relaxing vacation at our peaceful condo at The Beach at Longboat Key Resort!

Also, if you want to vacation with friends or family, we own a downstairs unit, #103, and another top floor unit, #224, as well...!

Upon arrival to The Beach at Longboat Key Resort, you will be wowed by this tropical property! Conveniently located mid-island on Longboat Key, on Gulf of Mexico Drive, this small, intimate resort, only 15 units, has so much to offer: direct, private beach access, heated pool, BBQ grill, pool and beach loungers, and onsite laundry.

When you arrive, make your way to our condo, Unit 222, on the second floor, for optimal sunset viewing, dolphin observing, and manatee spotting...! The condo has a smart lock for smooth entry and exit. Each guest is assigned a secure, individualized 4-digit code (deleted upon departure!), allowing for 24/7 arrival and freedom from carrying a key when on the beach...!

Upon entering, you will walk through a small entryway to view the main living space. Our condo features a queen-size bed, along with a queen-size sleeper sofa for the extra members of your party - the little ones! There is a Smart television, with cable, for entertainment when you're not beaching it, along with a variety of reading material, board games, and children's toys. WiFi, of course, is available throughout! Also, there is a closet and chest of drawers for storing belongings for a quick weekend getaway or a month-long stay...! For family use, we have a Pack 'N Play - convenient!

The kitchen, with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances (dishwasher!), is fully stocked (coffee maker - drip and Keurig, blender, Tupperware, knife set, wine glasses, etc.), including everything you might need to cook meals in on the days you prefer not to dine out...!

The bathroom features a combined tub and shower, which always comes in handy when traveling with children!

Beyond the main living space is a large, private lanai, with high top table, two chairs, and lounger, ideal for eating a meal or sipping a cocktail! There is also a deck box with beach toys!

The condo has both central heat and air, along with an additional floor fan. There is a smoke detector and fire extinguisher, as well.

On property, there is a heated pool with deck and loungers! Grab a sun umbrella from our closet and stroll down to the private beach with more lounge chairs. No need to bring your own!

A propane grill is on the lawn with grilling utensils in our unit!

On the ground floor of The Beach complex, there is a free washer and dryer if needed during your trip. There is also a main dumpster for easy trash disposal.

The best part of our condo is the direct, unobstructed ocean view and private beach access - just sublime!

1. Upon arrival, the condo will be prepared with fresh bed linens, bathroom towels, and beach towels.

Daily housekeeping service is not available unless you would like to request a mid-stay clean for an extra fee, which I can arrange for you...! Sometimes that can come in really handy!

2. For our condo, there is one parking spot available - park wherever you like within the lot! Due to the size of the parking lot, unfortunately, no guest cars or trailers can be accommodated because it will take a spot away from another condo.

3. Please note our condo is a 330 sq-ft studio best suited for one-two adults or one-two adults plus one-two children in the sleeper sofa, and/or one in the Pack 'N Play, if needed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept reservations for over two adults due to sleeping arrangement comfort. If it is a unique situation, feel free to message me to discuss further. 4. The condo is located on the second floor... for a stunning view! At the complex, there are stairs, but no elevator.
