The main living room is open to the kitchen with plenty of natural sunlight and view of the outdoor back yard and pool. The living room offers a comfortable pull-out couch for additional sleeping space, and is equipped with a flat screen TV with HD programming. The living room is connected to a large-screened patio and is furnished with patio set, perfect for enjoying early morning coffee and outdoor family dinner. The master bedroom is on one side of the house, furnished with a queen-size bed and a memory foam mattress with and adjacent privet bathroom. The guest bedrooms are on the other side of the house. The first guestroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a memory foam mattress with two large closets and access to the patio and pool. The second guest bedroom is equipped with two twin beds and memory foam mattresses, and a large closet. The is a separate guest bathroom recently updated and has a tub/shower. The backyard space features a large, uncovered heated pool with plenty of luscious green space and two chez lounges and outdoor umbrella.

Pool Heater
The pool is heated during the cooler months (Oct-April). The Temperature is set 85 degrees, based on circumstances Temperature can be increased o 87 degrees. Pool heater is not typically needed from May through September unless the outside temps are unusually cold

Outdoor space:
Large patio with outdoor furniture and access to a spacious green back yard, newly renovated heated pool, and two lounges, and umbrella. Please not the screener had to be removed due to Hurricane Ian and are in the process of installing a new one at a future date due to delays in supplies availability

• As an avid traveler, I ensure that my property meets the same standards as my home, with handpicked finishes and items throughout the house, as well as meet all sanitization requirements
• I love my neighbors (who love a good time also), so I ask that you please be respectful and exercise good judgement re: no late-night noise/music or parties
• The outdoor pool is maintained by a professional crew weekly during your stay. A pole and a skimmer net will be provided on-site as well
• Placing very hot items directly on the kitchen countertop can cause permanent damage to the surface. please exercise caution when cooking. Several heat trivets/stand will be provided for all your cooking needs
• There is a step down to get into the master bedroom from the dining room, please be careful when entering and existing the room
