Located on Sarasota Bay, its 3 bedrooms are beautiful and serene, and its 2 baths are impressively large, easily handling the needs of the six guests this property can sleep. Best of all, Dunmore is truly a family home, inviting the entire family and yes, that includes one fur baby, to relax and enjoy all its charms.
Sleek and modern, the living room area of the open concept floor plan manages to be comfortable and stylish at the same time. Offering an oversized sectional large enough for the entire family to enjoy together. Take a nap in its comfortable confines, watch the flat screen television across from it, or simply lose yourself in the views of the floor to ceiling windows that take up the entire back wall of the space.
The kitchen takes up the opposite side of the living room, providing an open and cheerful space to create meals or brew up pots of coffee to ensure guests have the get up and go to do just that! Modern white shaker cabinets conceal all the dishes, silverware, and pots and pans needed to make a meal, granite countertops are cool and easy to keep clean, and stainless steel appliances bring the joy back to cooking. An expansive breakfast bar offers a large counter and a row of four wood barstools that can be used for overflow seating or conversations with the cook of the day.
The dining room takes up the final third of the great room space, offering up the best views in the world as the table is positioned in front of that wall of windows we mentioned earlier. Eight guests can join together for a family meal, a rousing game of Monopoly, or simply quiet moments spent watching the sun set over the bay, a sight guests will never tire of seeing. This space offers windows on all sides, including a transom type arch located just under the peak of the ceiling, ensuring that guests will be able to enjoy the sunset from beginning to end.
An elegant king bedroom offers all the comforts of home and a little extra something for guests who reside under the roof of our Dunmore retreat. Wood flooring and a couple of windows ensure this space is comfortable and bright. An en suite bath offers a walk-in shower, dual vanities with stone countertops, and blue tile accents below the windows that provide light in the shower.
Bedroom two provides a queen bed and sliding glass doors that lead out to the patio; views of the sunset over the bay are a bonus that only Dunmore can provide. Sharing access to the bath with the third bedroom and the rest of the home, this room offers comfort and tranquility to all who reside within. The second bath offers all the comforts of home in its tiled expanse, featuring a large shower and updated fixtures.
The third and final bedroom offers two twin beds and a sliding glass door that leads out to the deck over the bay. Perfect for adult siblings sharing memories of long ago days when sharing a room was the standard, this tranquil room also offers views of the sunset that never fails to please.
The back patio area is truly a joy to behold, featuring a large pool with crystal clear waters, views of the Sarasota Bay, and multiple seating that will be the favored spots of the home. Watch the sun set into the Bay, grill the catch of the day on a propane grill, or relax as you sit, sip, and smile watching the excitement that takes place on Sarasota Bay.
