This penthouse condo with spectacular views and newly fully renovated, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo (sleeps 6) located across from Siesta Key Beach, voted #1 Beach in US and most beautiful sunsets. Less than a mile to reach beach access #12. This large condo is light & bright with beautiful high ceilings and main glass door overlooking beautiful waterfront of the Siesta Key inlet. It's stylish and recently renovated with everything you need for a restful and memorable vacation. Offering 2 large, heated community pool, with pool deck, gas grill, covered gazebo, kayak storage and launch facilities for exploring the waterways, and a boardwalk that invites you to walk through the picturesque surroundings. A tennis court and shuffleboard add a touch of playful activity to your retreat. A leisurely stroll or bike ride will lead you to the world-renowned Siesta Key Beach. In close proximity to Siesta Key Village, downtown Sarasota, a wide variety of restaurants from casual to fine dining and shopping. Surpassed our expectations!

We walked in and said WOW! The view is amazing, and the condo just sparkles! It overlooks a beautiful bayside pool, and is within walking distance to the beach. Lisa provided every amenity and little nicety we could have imagined, and could not have been more attentive and helpful. The condo is newly renovated, freshly decorated, and exceptionally clean. As long time users of vacation rentals, I can say that it was the most well equipped and organized place we have ever stayed in.
