Great Vacation House!

Eagles Nest was perfect for our family vacation. The house was clean, had everything we needed, and was in a great location. Close to great restaurants, near Siesta Key, and not far from Downtown Sarasota and the Airport. The Pool and hot tub were great! Our kids had the best time!

We had such a lovely stay . The property was beautiful and perfect for 5 adults plus baby .Everything had been thought out with lots of little extras eg indoor and outdoor ice machines . Neighbourhood was very nice and we were a short car drive from all amenities

Wonderful, Relaxing Summer Family Vacation

We had such a wonderful stay! The house is close to the beach, stores, and restaurants. We went to the beach in the AM to beat the heat and crowds and then back to the house for lunch and fun by the pool. The outdoor entertaining area with pool, covered patio with TV, grill, multiple lounging areas was perfect for our family! Indoors had every amenity we could ask for and beautifully decorated. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend for a relaxing vacation near the beautiful Siesta Beach.

Excellent Stay

We enjoyed our 7 day stay. The home was very clean, well furnished and beautifully decorated. Everything needed for a great stay, well supplied kitchen, all you need for pool and beach accessories. Close to beautiful Siesta Key Beach. Home is very well kept. Stefan with Gulfcoast Holiday Homes was the best, professional, kind, and extremely informative. Thank you to the owners for sharing your beautiful space.

We had a absolutely fantastic stay at Eagles Nest! The property was even more beautiful than the photos, and the location was perfect for exploring all the nearby attractions and a close drive to the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped. The pool and patio is the perfect place to spend the day if your looking to just hang out at the house for the day. There is everything you need for a day at the beach as well (beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, wagon, cooler etc.). We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation! We will definitely be staying at this property again.

LOVELY RENTAL HOME

My family and I had a great time here. The house is older with a beautiful remodel and upgrades. They had just about everything you could need available. We were close to stores and resturants. We all enjoyed the pool, the beds were super comfy and the showers were amazing. Just a note: if you come when it is cooler 60's/70's, the pool can't be heated enough to make it comfortable (especially when wendy and in the evening). All in all, the place was great and we would definitely return!!!
