All house, patio and backyard area can be used by the guests. Fenced yard. Fire Pit located at the yard with sitting area for 8 people. Private heated pool and spa (Please note that during outside temperature drops below 75F Spa and Pool may not be able to heat the water to desire temperature). Please note that you are fully responsible for any damages. No parties allowed in the property. No exceptions. 1000$ fine for braking the house rules. We do provide complimentary supply such as (toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, dish washer pads, shower gel) for the first time use only. Grill propane gas and or firewoods are subject to refill on the guest expense. $250 fee will be applied for parking on the grass. Garage parking subject for approval by Host.
