Fun as usual

Always enjoy staying at Silver Sands. Quaint and clean. Staff is helpful and attentive. The pool is great. The complex sits right on the beach. The beach is great and never overcrowded. Location is very close to several great restaurants and St. Armand Circle which is great for shopping and dining.

Great place to stay with private beach

This condo is everything it was represented to be. Beautiful beach. Pool is very clean, warm and inviting. Condo is clean. It is an older unit, not a super luxurious feel, but very accommodating and comfortable. Location is great for walking, beachcombing, convenient to dining. Bed is very comfortable. Would stay here again.

Great weekend getaway for 2

The room itself was clean and was well decorated with a beachy vibe. It was a perfect location for 2 people to spend a couple days at the beach with access to some good local restaurants . The property itself is a bit outdated but it’s hard to beat the location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The actual unit was GREAT! It could use some maintenance, such as the patio screens are torn, the microwave is rusty inside (but works great), the box springs cover needs replaced & bedroom wall has a little water damage. But we would rent this unit again! Office staff was WONDERFUL!

Old school Longboat Key Resort

Very quiet and beautiful resort, love the screened in porches and full kitchens! Pool was very clean, as was the rest of the property. Nothing fancy, but I personally like that, and the short stroll to the beach is absolutely beautiful! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful,also.

The locatoin of this property is excellent, and the unit we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. Great access to an uncrowded beach. The management was very accomodative and friendly. I will definitely look to stay in this property when back in the area, and I will recommend the property to others.
