The Neighborhood:
Very active, walkable neighborhood. Many families walking to and from the beach daily.
Getting Around:
The cottage comes with two bikes, and more are available to rent at many shops nearby. Golf carts are also a popular way to get around. In addition, Sarasota County provides several free trolley services around the key. Just hop on and off.

Additional fees:
-If we are able to accommodate an early check in, you must request 24 hours in advance. Early check in before 2:30 pm is a $50 fee.
-If we are able to accommodate a late check out, please request at least 24 hours in advance. The late check out fee is $50. Otherwise, our check out time is strict to ensure our cleaners proper length of time to turnover the unit.
-If there are any damages found during the stay, you will be billed for the cost to replace the items.
-We strictly prohibit smoking of any kind. If smoking is found in the house, it is a $250 fee.
-Failure to follow directions for the trash and put them on the curb on the designated trash days will result in a $150 fee.
