Nice place, great location.

Would stay again. Walking distance to beach, bars, and restaurants. Near trolley stop to take you to the village. Beautiful unit overlooking the pool and hot tub.

Three day family trip

Stayed in 104D with our three kids. Other than a few stains on the couches and carpets, the condo was clean. The entire property was well maintained- great pool area. The hot tub was closed by dept of public health. Not sure why. Proximity to the beach and the main road/trolley stops made it a perfect place to stay. They also had umbrellas and chairs, toys and floats available that we could take to the beach.

Still a good option

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've stayed here a few times, and this is still a good option. Post hurricane clean up is still underway, and the pool was out of commission but they had an alternative across the street which worked for us. It's time to reface the cabinets doors and drawers in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. You can tell it's been a minute. There was updated and very comfy living and dining furniture and the place was nicely decorated. The only concern is that we weren't informed about the pool situation. We noticed it wasn't looking good and we were told about it when we inquired about it. It would have been better to notify us before arrival so we were prepared.

Great Location

Great location and very nice pool right below our room. Condo was clean although the carpeting is pretty well worn and stained. Mattress’s and beds are outdated and not the most comfortable. The bedrooms were small with nowhere to sit anything due to no room for a bedside table or dresser. Bathroom in our bedroom was so small it only fit me or my husband not both of us. Two teens were in the other bedroom and the second bathroom was a normal size. The living room and kitchen were nice. If you’re looking for a nice salt water pool within steps of your room and the beach within a short walk this is the unit for you.

Awesome location and unit but needs some Maintenance/TLC

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the place and the location was killer but this unit needs a LOT of Maintenance. I stayed in this 2 bed 2 bath by myself and thank god because the one shower fixture for hot/cold completely fell off. The drain in the one sinks wouldn’t drain on its own and I had to manually lift the drain for the water to go down. The one toilet had an issue flushing also. The tub was also rusted out. Unit could use more blankets as the bedding is very thin. Place seemed clean but there was a roach in the one drawer with silverware. Otherwise, loved my stay. Very cute place.

Siesta staycation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall ambiance was very quaint and I loved the shared pool garden area that was right outside our room, but as far as cleanliness, it would seem fine at quick first glance, everything from the bed linens to the couches and pillows were stained, The pull-out couch was incredibly uncomfortable but thankfully my 5-year-old nephew slept on it and he could care less. For the amount of money that you have to pay for the cleaning service they still make you take all of your own garbage out and put the dishes in the dishwasher etc and strip the beds so I'm not sure why the cleaning fee is so high. Everything else was fine, easy beach access and nice pool and hot tub. Bathrooms were pretty disgusting too not only the awkward blue sinks with chocolate brown everything else, but the drains were filthy dirty and looked like they had not been cleaned in years.

Not so happy

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is very comfortable it was clean and very spacious, nicely decorated. Jamie from the office is very accommodating. The pool is great and the beach is walking distance. We did have an issue with the kitchen sink not draining and the dishwasher overflew. Someone came by to check it but he said he had to get the tools to fix it and that he would be back and never came back to fix the problem. Also saw some roaches in the kitchen area. One thing, the walkway to the beach should be equipped with a mat to make it an easier walk. Also the hotels have taken over the space by having rental chairs and umbrellas. The space available for the other guests is very limited

Great location to the beach

We were also able to use the pool next door. Extra replacements of toiletries and cleaning supplies were complimentary. All these extras made for a very easy vacation.

Relaxing stay

This property was an excellent choice for us. The condo was very clean and comfortable for a family of 4 and had everything we needed. Just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. A top choice on our list!

Location was great and super close to the beach. Property manager was very friendly and helpful at check in. Unfortunately, it was very outdated and not as clean as the pictures show. Carpets need to be replaced, floors were very dirty, a few pillows and towels were stained as well. We left a day early because of the cleanliness. It definitely needs a face lift , but the location is perfect access to the private beach.
