Room was clean, bed was soft and very comfortable, A/C was cold and I had access to the thermostat. Parking in your designated space and check-in couldn't be easier. Beautifully maintained property with heated pool. Personal and spacious patio with table/chairs at the front door. Personal beach wagon with 2 beach chairs & Umbrella. A 4 minute walk to 7/11, pizza, and spirits and another minute walk will get you more restaurants and a coffee shop. The other way is a 5 minute walk to the beach. Newly renovated.

I highly recommend this property. Unit 7 is a comfortable set-up for a couple. This studio has a full kitchen so we bought groceries before settling into the room. There were plenty of beach/ bath towels for our 3 night stay. Well maintained and clean, we enjoyed the quiet environment and ate in the private, outdoor table in front of the room. The beach is a short walk at the end of the block. I called Janna when we arrived. Janna was easy to communicate with and notified us when the room was ready. This was the perfect spot for us to explore Siesta Key and we look forward to a return trip.

This quaint hotel is one block from the beach and easily walkable to many restaurants, cafes and coffee:) The hotel also gives you a beach cart with umbrellas, chairs, and a cooler! It was so nice to have for a quick weekend trip down the the key:) Janna was the easiest and most attentive representative and loved working with her! Made check in the easiest after our flight in.

We like this resort cuz it only takes a few steps to the beach and also restaurants are very close too. The room was very clean and had everything in the kitchen area with a big fridge. Shower/beach towels were plenty more than enough for 2 of us. Staff was very friendly. Especially, Janna was very helpful when we called in to get information how to open our room. Overall, we enjoyed it.

Twin Palms is an exceptional place. We stayed in rm 4 and it was so well equipped and clean. Lots of added extras - beach towels/ beach trolley with chairs and umbrella / kitchen basics. We met Janna and she was so friendly and keen to make our stay perfect. Loved the fact it was so close to the beach with the added benefit of a pool onsite. It only has 8 units so it feels very intimate.Easy walk to Captain Curts or jump on the Breeze trolley bus into Siesta village for free.

Pros: Location, beach towels/chairs/wagon provided, fast communication, nighttime is quiet Cons: Construction right next door (buildings are basically arm-length apart; wasn’t notified about active construction until after booking), blinds don’t go all the way down. You can see in/out of room and I had to use the provided beach towels to cover the gaps.

Everything was wonderful! The full refrigerator and dishes in the kitchenette were a plus. The room was spotless, the atmosphere laid back and quiet. Very close to the beach...just grab the wagon filled with beach towels, umbrella, and cooler, and pull it down the street to Siesta Key Beach!

Great location to walk to the beach.. the pool was very pleasant and clean. The room was nice but the common wall to the next unit was not very soundproof. The bathroom sink needs a fitting . Response to requests were almost immediate.

We had an awesome stay. The host was super responsive. The unit and grounds were impeccably clean. Very short walk to the beach with restaurants and shops just down the street. Located on a quiet road. Perfect for a quick getaway with my wife.

Unit is excellent, has all the amenities you need for a relaxing break. Bed was super comfy. Nice to use the private outdoor seating area for meals. Pool is very clean and heated. There is a BBQ available for guests and lots of shaded/unshaded outdoor seating. Each guest has an assigned parking spot. Staff I spoke with were all professional and very helpful. Location is great, short walk to the beach or to the main road to jump on the free tram

They failed to disclose the major construction project next to the resort. Construction trucks in and out all day. Hammering, sawing, ect all day from morning till night. Had I known I would have picked a different resort. I addressed this with the resort manager and she wasn't sympathetic to my concerns.
