Saratoga Casino Hotel
The room was beautiful and clean, also the water was nice and hot.Only two complaints 1. The pool was closed for 4 days, my entire trip. 2. There aren’t any microwaves in the room, you have to go downstairs to the lobby in the mini store to warm up your food which suck.

Park Manor Hotel
The staff were very rude. The room was not properly stocked with toiletries, linens, ice bucket and cups. When we asked staff for items they said they would be up in 5 minutes which they never came and we had to keep calling them. They acted like they did not want to be bothered. This will be our ...
