However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase.……

“Having worked in high end hospitality management for over a decade, I understand the pressure during busy periods, however that shouldn’t detract from the customers experience. Service is what makes or breaks a hotel. Sadly the service here lacked massively. Apart from the staff members mentioned.
