“We had an amazing stay. There wasnt one thing we didnt like about this place. It was perfect location to our little get away close enough to ellicotville but in a very quiet area.we had everything provided for us from coffee to games to bath essentials along with totally stocked kitchen. The place was clean and comfortable. We definetly will be back.”

“What a wonderful place to get away and relax. Quiet, and peaceful just what we needed. The hotub was the perfect touch. Larry was a great host, made sure we had everything we needed. We ended up eating in both nights but we went to Katys in Great Valley for breakfast. Food was really good , cozy space, friendly staff and very reasonably priced. We also went to the Salamanca Antique mall, a cool place to checkout with alot of vendors. We enjoyed the weekend away. Thank you!! We will be back……
