「We booked two rooms at this hotel for our stay, but the experience was disappointing. Despite arriving for check-in at 1 PM, we had to wait almost an hour because the rooms were not ready, and we even saw guests vacating the rooms after we arrived.
The rooms themselves were not clean. We couldn’t locate the switch to turn off the lights and ended up sleeping with the lights on. We later discovered the switch was oddly placed beneath the bed.
The geyser was also not working, so we had to take...

「I was moved to 3 different rooms one due to no towels toilet roll, then the next room was full of midges and the 3rd room no towels very little toilet roll no mini bar. When i was moved to the 3rd room the room service man shouted at me i had room service twice and the day i checked out they said i owed money even though i paid when room service came absolutely disgusted with this property and some of the service acoid at all cost you will be eaten alive here」
