Reservierung lag bei Ankunft nicht vor. Mitarbeiterin am Empfang war nicht kompetent. Sprach überhaupt keine Fremdsprache. Wir hatten auch das Gefühl,dass sie es nicht wollte. Bekamen nicht das Zimmer,was wir wollten. Wollte sogar Feiertagszuschlag kassieren +20€. Das Zimmer und die Bettwäsche roch nach Rauch.Badezimmer an der Decke Schimmelbefall. Konnte kaum schlafen,da noch weit nach Mitternacht laut auf dem Flur diskutiert wurde. Frühstück war das Schlechteste während unserer ganzen Italienreise. Gebäck hart... Letztenendes hat bei der Abreise,der Chef auf einmal die Reservierung per Mail gefunden,zum gebuchten Preis.
