Built in the late Seventies, the villa is a typical holidays house in the hills, in the middle of a terraced garden, among lemon and fruit trees and flowers, overlooking the "Valle del Sarno". The villa has two levels, for a total of about 200 square meters. On the ground floor an open space with living, study area with fireplace, dining area, bathroom, and kitchen. On the second floor: three double bedrooms with access to the upper terrace, a bedroom with a bunk bed overlooking the pool, two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Outside, wood-burning oven, barbecue, dining area, swimming-pool (6m x 15m), solarium, gazebo and a private parking area (for about 4 cars). The house is a typical holiday villa with 60s furnishings. The beautiful location on the Sarno valley and the lush green of the garden offer picturesque views from every corner of the house. The tranquility and the central position with respect to the region, make it ideal as a base of support for discovering Campania.
