「The staff were really rude and the check in limited with the hotel opening hours and they lock the door for the people they can’t enter or go out until the staff open for them it is like a jail I will never stay there or recommend it to anyone」

「We had 2 nights here and loved it. It was so clean and so peaceful. We dined in the restaurant one of the nights and it was exceptional. Marco is hilarious AND a fantastic chef. The rest of the team could not do enough to make our stay perfect. Would highly recommend to anyone!」

「Chiara is a wonderful host. This location is easy to get too and a 5 min walk from free parking. Mini fridge is in the common area rather than in the room. Bathrooms are some of the nicest I have been in all of Italy. If you can reserve the piccolomini luxury room, you will be quite happy. Breakfast is €20 per person You’re in for a treat !」

「The view is beautiful the staff is somewhat attentive and one would think that the hotel and its rooms have not been touched since the 1970s. I travel constantly this is the worst hotel room I’ve stayed in, in years…」

「This property is a gem located in a beautiful location where at sunset you can see spectacular views of Montepulciano. The room was spacious and clean with updated bathrooms and the salt pool refreshing and relaxing. The staff for our breakfast and lunch were so kind, warm and helpful that it made our trip here very special. Recommendations for dinner and wine tastings was also spot on! Definitely come here!」
