「The property was easy to get to nice underground parking and the room was very clean, spaceous and quiet. However, they don't have carpet and we could hear the people walking above us.」

「The room was clean and adequate for what we needed. My wife uses a mobility walker which proved to be a bit of a challenge. There are no access ramps to get into the building other than the front door.」

「Only drawback was the parking lot being a bit awkwardly situated. But thats not always in the hotels control so they've done the best with what they have. But in peak winter I wouldn't want to be walking back and forth from the parkade. Great room. Great TV. Nespresso machine in the room. Also the towel hooks blend in with the bathroom wall color. Took me way too long to find but that's also probably a me thing. No real complaints at all though. Really enjoyed our stay!」

I asked the front desk for house keeping; I also hanged up the sign of refurbish before 10am, for more than 24 hours, according to their instructions. No one came to clean my room. There is hair in food in their restaurant. And also dark marks on bedding linens; I feel itchy sleeping here. Too expensive for such experience. I don’t recommend it.」
