Apartment of 90 sqm on the first floor of the villa.
Entrance to the apartment from the garden on the west side of the house. You reach the living room via two steps. In front of this entrance is a 100 year old oak tree, under which there is a swing sofa with comfortable pillows. In the garden of the apartment there are also wrought iron chairs, four deck chairs, a grill and an outdoor shower.
In the living room there is a sofa bed and a fireplace and on the left you will find the well-equipped kitchen with gas stove, gas oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, toaster and both Italian mocha and filter coffee machines. Between the fireplace and the cooking area is a table for 8 people.
From the living room you can go to the covered terrace, under the shade of the green chestnut tree, ideal for alfresco dining, to the terrace, which is furnished with a marble table and wrought-iron chairs and a sofa with comfortable pillows. The living room leads to the two bedrooms (one with an extra bed) with its own bathroom. The furnishings and fittings of the two bathrooms are of a very high standard, they each have a shower cubicle and the larger bathroom has a washing machine. The apartment is very well equipped and there is central heating.

The house with 2000 square meters of garden is surrounded by chestnut forest only 800 meters from the village, and consists of three apartments. Located 500 m above sea level, the villa is ideal for a relaxing holiday. The house is luxurious, newly renovated, the floors are kept bright and of the same quality and color throughout, as well as the tiles of the kitchen and bathrooms.
The exterior of the house is neat and takes into account the surrounding milieu. A swimming pool (12x6 m, open mid May-October) is available.
In Marina di Castagneto our guests have a Maremma pine forest and beach (with dressing room, toilet, water, deck chairs and parasols).
The medieval village of Sassetta is situated on the hills of the Etruscan coast, in a very green area where you can enjoy surprising views of the forests and the sea. From here you can go on excursions to some beautiful villages such as Bolgheri (famous for its Sassicaia wine) or Massa Marittima, and visit the Etruscan Necropolis of Populonia (25 km).

The price includes gas, water, electricity, bed linen, towels and tea towels, final cleaning, Internet Wi-Fi.
Not included and to be paid on site: deposit 200 €, heating 2. 50 € / hour. Pets allowed on request (please specify type and size)
Tourist tax € 1.50 / person / day .
MANDATORY DOOR TO DOOR WASTE COLLECTION: in case of accumulation of waste at Check-out, a fee will be deducted from the deposit.
