The living room, with its elegant white and gold wallpaper, offers a comfortable sofa and armchair, as well as a flat-screen TV with radio and television reception. The sofa can be used as a bed for an additional person if needed.

The separate kitchen features a comfortable dining area and a stylish, fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop (4 burners), microwave, and a refrigerator-freezer. Dishes, cutlery, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster are provided.

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm), a wardrobe with a mirror, and a blackout blind. Both the bedroom and living room overlook the quiet courtyard.

The beautiful, naturally lit bathroom with marble-effect flooring features a glass shower, toilet, towel warmer, hairdryer, and a window.
