1-room apartment is about 34 square meters, located in the attic and has a balcony and sea views. The spacious balcony overlooking the sea is 3 steps down the hall away. The apartment for 2 persons is equipped with a south-facing balcony, from which you have a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea (to reach across the hall). It consists of a living room with sitting area and flat screen TV, a separate and fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Welcome to the seaport Sassitz - the gateway to the National Park Jasmund with the famous chalk cliffs.   In 1875 the villa was built in a former fishing village (today Sassnitz). Even then, holidaymakers were greeted at this villa which enjoyed the beautiful location and the view of the sea. The house was purchased in 2000 by the present owner and extensively modernized and lovingly furnished. The villa is located in the historic town of Sassnitz, close to the Jasmund National Park, on the Baltic Sea. From here you can take wonderful walks through the Stubnitz (the forest area in national park) on the high bank or along the steep coast.   In the villa there are 6 nicely furnished apartments from 23 m² to 60 m². All apartments have been refurbished for the 2011 season and refurbished. Each apartment has a private balcony, from which you have a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea over the rooftops of the old time. In just a few minutes you are on the promenade of Sassnitz. It is next to the sailing and fishing harbor, the Sassnitzer Mole and the city center is not far. The Sassnitz Old Town is known for its gastronomy: Brasserie, pubs, cocktail bar, cafes and restaurants tightly strung together.   Of course, your car is free on our private house plot.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
