Arrive and feel: Here the moment has magic, the time something dreamlike - flies by and seems to stand still ...   The modern, lovingly furnished apartment offers plenty of space to unfold, time for sensual pleasures and to relax. The living room has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a comfortable seating area (sofa bed and extra bed for 4 people possible) invites you to linger over a glass of wine, to watch TV or listening to music.   The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a pull-out sofa bed. It also has a dresser and plenty of opportunities to stow the holiday wardrobe. A second TV is also available.   The sea-facing terrace is accessible both from the living room and from the bedroom. It is largely covered and fully usable, even if the sun does not shine. In the sheltered beach chair you can read or just relax.   In the hall you will find two spacious closets with sliding doors for your personal belongings and utensils. The apartments are located in an exclusive and quiet location. Some have a direct view of the Baltic Sea and a five-minute walk to the beach promenade. Not far from the apartment complex you can take long walks in the national park "Jasmund". The beautiful property is 1300 square meters and is located next to an old historic villa, which in former times was a summer residence of a rich Berlin merchant.  The 2004 opened complex has 11 apartments in high-end equipment (1- to 2- room, terrace, fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, stereo, elevator, underground parking (duplex parking system), whole or partial Baltic Sea panorama) and are suitable for Spatial distribution also for friendly families.  Restaurants and cozy pubs can be found in the area.
