"An excellent Villa, very clean and well looked after. The swimming pool was great, it has a deep part in the middle and is very shallow at one end which would suit paddling toddlers. We are a family of 7 and had loads of space in the Villa. The top floor bedroom can get very hot which wasn't a problem for us as only one of my children was sleeping in there. If you don’t mind walking about 10-15 minutes, you can get to some of the main streets with lots of shopping and restaurants, and even to the main plaza (Hauptplatz). No on-site staff, but responsive to emails. Minor issues: There’s a washer in the room (with no instructions for its use), but no dryer. "We enjoyed our week-long stay here! The apartment is clean and well-laid-out for a family; we loved having a kitchen so we didn't need to eat out every meal. The location is great as it's relatively peaceful but close to the center of Linz. I only wish there were a bathtub for the kids and either a broom or vacuum to help tidy up during our stay! Otherwise there was everything we needed and we would definitely stay here again on a trip back to Linz."

Die Tipps rund um Steyr waren viel Wert und aufgrund der sehr zentralen Lage (man kann alles zu Fuss unternehmen), ist es für Menschen welche Cafés, gutes Essen in einer schönen Kulisse mögen der perfekte Aussichtspunkt. "Wir waren begeistert von diesem wundervollen eingerichteten Apartment mit Terrasse, sauber, komfortabel. Einfach zum Wohlfühlen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Der Badeteich ist sehr schön angelegt mit Blick auf die Berge. Unsere Kinder hatten viel Freude, es gibt eine riesige Spielwiese und die Hoftiere machten den Urlaub perfekt. "This hotel was impossible to find using the hotels.com map link. The link took us out to the middle of nowhere (literally). We are thankful for the locals who got us back on track. The other confusion is that there is another similarly named hotel…. The hotel itself was comfortable, the staff are lovely and the traditional dinner was delicious. Would recommend. "
