Like most every where in Nepal we went, the service of the staff was awesome especially the waiters in the restaurant. Best service ever and the most friendly people we have ever met. The front desk staff was just as good. The food was ok but i kind of wished they had more options. Most of the food was nothing we were used too and would have liked a few American choices on the menu.

No hot water on arrival, no fridge or safe. Food was ok, nothing special. Wifi very bad. Cleanliness was not that good either.

Filthy hotel
First time I experienced I booked suite but I was not given because it was filled already. I mean how it possible if I have booked that means it should reserved for me. On top of it when I entered into my room (next category of room they call it "Junior suite" ) first I met with a rat dancing all over in my room. When I went for dinner restaurant was full of chaos with filthy tables and staff was also not dressed up properly. All in all it was a nightmare for me and I have decided not to book any hotel in future through expedia.com

Awesome!!!
IT was awesome!!! The hotel was very good. I can recommend a jungelhike in Chitwan national park. I did a hike for two and a half day with two very professional guides and it was unforgettable.

Fint hotell men inte så bra service
Väldigt dålig information från hotellet vid ankomst. Det fanns inte heller någon information på rummet om tider för frukost, vad som finns att göra i området osv. Personalen var väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående men saknade förmågan att vara uppmärksam på vad gästen behöver. Det är ett 4-stjärnigt hotell och då kan man förvänta sig bättre service. Det fanns inte några badrockar som hotels.com beskriver att det ska finnas. Varje gång vi gick till poolen var vi själva tvungna att söka upp någon för att få solbäddsmadrasser och poolhanddukar. Det finns en poolbar, men den var obemannad under hela vistelsen. Ingen som kom till poolen och frågade om vi önskade något. Först tredje dagen blev vi upplysta om att det även fanns en annan meny än buffémenyn som serverades både till lunch och middag. Det långa avståndet till byn gjorde att man undvek att promenera in till byn efter mörkrets inbrott. Vi tipsade hotellet om att de skulle skaffa cyklar för uthyrning, det hade varit perfekt att få låna en cykel för att ta sig till byn.
