Great location

The home is in a great location, but the home is older and could use some sprucing up. The furniture is very uncomfortable. There was no rug in the bathroom. The outside area could use some love, but overall it was nice. Great location and was able to walk to everything.

Nice little home conveniently located within a 15 minute walk of pretty much everything you want to see in Savannah, clean, easy to find, only issue is the back gate is a little tough to open and the key situation could be a bit clearer as the lock boxes are in the back but the keys only work for the front door.Overall great stay

Beautiful property, great location but there were no towels or washcloths to use. We had to get a little inventive. Overall, great stay except my old bones are tired and achey.

Comfy and Charming Townhouse!

We absolutely LOVED our stay in this adorable property. Wonderful location in beautiful downtown Savannah with everything we needed. It was spotless and the little courtyard was a lovely place to have morning coffee. We walked everywhere! This home’s proximity to all downtown attractions can’t be beat. We would love to come again!

Fantastic Location

The property was as advertised. Clean, great location, walk to everything in the historic district and a great pizza place two blocks down the street. When we returned to the property I felt like I was home. So, why four stars? The 4:00 pm check in time can be annoying if your flight lands at 10:30 am and you need a place to hold your luggage. There are places that do this, Vacasa was not helpful in finding one. I found one using Google.The front door lock, yes it was difficult, 5 and 1/2 feet off the ground, hard to see if you are short, and yes, you need to turn the knob several rotations before the deadbolt releases. Used a lock like this in Europe so it was not hard to figure out. The front door knob needed to be turned it to the right, then push. The door sticks a little. The stairs are narrow and a little rickety going around the corner, forewarned is forearmed, they were not a problem. All things considered it was a great stay.

Great location but there was no can opener and limited mixing bowls and dish towels… overall stay was pleasant.Also, the staircase was a bit narrow and not level, not good for older visitors!

Easy location to get to historic district. I don’t recommend for those with limited mobility- stairs are difficult. Missing some amenities such as coffee filters and tissues. Bath towels very thin. Good grab bars in shower. Overall, met our basic needs for the visit.
